She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Keiser and Antoinette Keiser. She is survived by: her husband Frank J. Horner of Bordentown; her sister Denise; her brothers-in-law, Frank Siebel of Oakford, PA., John Horner of Bordentown and Richard Horner (Jacqueline) of Hamilton Township; her nieces and nephews, Phillip Siebel (Natasha), Matthew, Sean, Paul Horner, Kaylee and Teresa Horner; and her great-niece Genevieve.
