She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her son-in-law Barry Hentnik; her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Mary Jakubowski; her grandchildren, Haley, Jacob, Katie, Hentnik, Lauren Winn, Chloe and Olivia Jakubowski; her great grandchildren, Layla, August and Henry; and her nephews, Larry and Ron Gaydos.
