He is survived by: his wife Amy Waite Kocubinski; his sons, Michael Jr., Nate and Evan; his parents, Cathy Kocubinski and John Kocubinski; his siblings, Cate Kocubinski and John; his sister-in-law Shannon Kocubinski; his parents-in-law, Bruce and Sharon Waite; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Burnhill and Bruce "Bugsy" Waite. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
