She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicola Abiuso and Lousia Abiuso; her husband William J. Newman; and her sisters, Lucy, Jennie and Lena.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon (Dennis Kelly) and Donna (Douglas Aaronson); and her grandchildren, Dennis, Heather, Kevin Kelly, Lauren Bowen, Brandon and Tyler Aaronson. She is also survived by her 6 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
