He is survived by: his wife Natasha Zizwarek; his children, Logan Zizwarek, Nicholas Zizwarek and Madeline Zizwarek; his parents, Joseph Zizwarek and Ida Zizwarek; his sisters, Gina Di Iorio (Sam) and Michelle Wells (Maury); and his nieces and nephews, Angela Parise, Miranda Wells, Moriah Wells, Miriel Wells, Mason Wells and Douglas B. Parise-Zahn.
