Lynch and Anna Lynch (Haines); his wife Rose Marie Hartmann Lynch; his brothers, George, James and John; his sisters-in-law, Helen (James), Janet (John) and Elfriede (William); his daughter-in-law Betty Jo Thompson Lynch (Brian); and his grandsons, Bryan Lynch and Kyle Lynch.
He is survived by: his brother William; his children, Joseph W. Lynch Jr., Patrick M. Lynch (Beverly), Michael T. Lynch (Mary), Captain Kevin B. Lynch (Retire), Rose Marie Lynch-Foehr (Dan), Brian K. Lynch Sr. and Lieutenant Commander Charles Lynch; his grandchildren, Megan Lynch, William Lynch, Katie Gross (Lynch), Marah Lynch, Justin Lynch, Christopher Foehr, Tyler Foehr, Jacob Foehr, Anna Foehr, Brian Lynch-Urbaniak, Jared Lynch, Taryn Freda (Lynch), Kara Steffen (Lynch), Colin Lynch, Padric Lynch and Ian Lynch; and his great grandchildren, Riley Lynch, Emmy Lynch, Connor Lynch, Brayden Gross, Cameron Gross, Arden Lynch, Tyler Bilodeau, Carter Sorel, Naiah Chacon, Jameson Lynch, Esperanza Lynch, Carter Foehr, Riley Rose Foehr, Orla Lynch-Urbaniak, Mia Lynch-Urbaniak, Cason Freda, Cole Freda, Corbin Freda and Easton Steffen.
