He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Bush Jukes; his parents, Ruth Salzer and Joseph Arthur Jukes II; his stepfather Tom McKnight; and his sister Audrey Jukes.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy J. Neuberger (Donald) of San Diego, CA; his stepsons, Christopher D. Owens (Kimberly) of West Windsor, NJ and David J. Owens (Kelly) of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Jaclyn, Zachary and Matthew. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
