It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Ann Tepper (Bordentown, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Staley and Mabel Staley; and her daughter Karen DeVice (Joe). She is survived by: her children, Debbie MacMath (Robert), Donald Tepper (Joan), Robin Pennock (Stephen) and Joseph Tepper (Jean). She is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren, eight great- grandchildren and many nieces, nephew's and cousins.
Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Due to COVID restrictions, masks must be worn, social distancing observed with a limited number of visitors.
