He is survived by: his wife Kimberley Cook (Kenny) of Bordentown; his daughters, Tara and Rachel Cook; his siblings, Jim Cook (Becky) of Rochester, MN, Kevin Cook (Ceal) of Clark, NJ, Terry Cook (Karen) of Annapolis, MD, Mary Kramer (Jim) of Aldie, VA and Keith Cook (Cindy) of Dublin, CA; his parents-in-law, William and Linda Kenny of New Hope, PA; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Nasto (Rich Allen) of Westampton, Karen Conover (Gary) of Hamilton Square, Kathy Lamb (John) of Ardmore, PA and Liz Siegel of Berkley, MI; and his friends, Randy, Chuck, Jay and Kent (Jim). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and loving family members.
