He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Maguire; and his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Moon and James "Jim" Maguire. He is survived by: his children, Hugh W. Maguire, IV (Sarah) and Sharon Maguire; his sister Audry Casale; and his granddaughter Chelsea Maguire. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
