He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett W. Beukema and Elizabeth S. Beukema (Sami). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Beukema (Mizerski); his son Michael; his grandson Owen; his sister Beverly Gilliland; and his parents-in-law, Linda Wells, Earl Hall, Elizabeth and Brett Weeast. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
