He is survived by: his mother Kelly Matthews; his brother Forrest Matthews; his grandparents, Carey, Twila Pritchett of Cookstown and Nancy Matthews of Hamilton Township; his great-grandparent Nancy Matthews of Robbinsville; his godparents, Kacey and Casey Pritchett; his uncles, Harry Matthews and Stephen; and his aunt Michelle Hacker.
