She was predeceased by: her parent Alvah Monds; and her sisters, Elizabeth Badal (Bette) and Suzanne Iatesta. She is survived by: her parent Marjorie Monds; her husband Edward C. Merten Sr.; her children, Edward "Cort" Merten Jr. and Robert A.; her grandchildren, Lyndsey Merten (Caro), Ryan Merten, Kelly Merten, Heather Nieto and Brendan Walsh; and her great grandchildren, Selena Nieto, Tyler Nieto, Anakin Walsh and Jamerson Walsh. She is also survived by wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, caring friend.
