She was predeceased by: her father William Rhoads. She is survived by: her mother Helen Rhoads; her husband Troy Phillips; her children, Tyler Phillips (Taylor) and Rylan Phillips; and her siblings, Thomas Rhoads (Kay), William Rhoads, Jerry Rhoads (Tyra), Jeanne Rhoads and Joy Prate (Brian). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Huber-Moore Funeral Home (517 Farnsworth Ave, Bordentown, NJ 08505). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
