She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Puchala and Rosa Puchala; her siblings, Robert Puchala, Gary Puchala and Julie Stewart; and her niece Danielle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cyndi Smith (Bill) and Crystal Trapasso; her grandchildren, Hailey, Billy Ray, Anthony, Gianna and Marissa; her sisters, Rose Conklin (Richard) and Helen Archer; and her nieces and nephews, Christopher, Richard, Dylan, Ashley, Justine, Sarah and Renata.
