He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Waradzyn and Dorothy Waradzyn (Lash); and his brothers, Andrew, Jr. and Paul Waradzyn. He is survived by: his siblings, Joan Duncan (Julian), Catherine Waradzyn, Michael and James Waradzyn (Joyce Potter). He is also survived by three nephews, one niece and one grand-nephew.
