He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Wilczynski; and his brothers, Franklin Lewis, Arthur Lewis and Hicks (family: Larry, Terry Hicks, Patricia Simpson, Denise Hicks). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and many friends.
