He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne Blackwell-Collins; his parents, Eileen Collins (Hellawell) and Louis Collins; his pet Sooty; his sons, Neil (Mina) and Colin; his cousins, Gordon (Edith) and Heather Andrews (Frankie); his siblings, Monica (Ben Alper) and Louis Andrew (Leslie); and his nephews, Kyle Andrew (Emily) and Patrick Daman. He was also cherished by co-workers, neighbors and friends.
