He was predeceased by: his wife Jill Norton (Hahl). He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas, Nancy Festa (John), Michael (Cheryl) and Elizabeth Seiffert (David); his stepchildren, Victoria O'Neal, Richie Barnish and Christopher Barnish; and his girlfriend Christine Gero. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ned's name to: Wounded Warriors.
