He was predeceased by: his sister Allison Brangle of Bradenton, FL; and his mother Caroline Gray Flatt of Boonton. He is survived by: his father Charles Flatt Jr. of Boonton; his sister Sandy Baldini; his brother-in-law Russ Baldini of Stockholm; his daughter Sarah Connelly; his son-in-law John Connelly of Boonton; his daughter Jessica Flatt of Rockaway; and his grandchildren, Johnny, Mia, Christian and Jacob. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, friends, and neighbors.
