He is survived by: his wife Barbara Waska; and his children, Weslee Frawley Lynch of Califon, NJ, Mary Frawley Madara of Bethlehem Twp, PA and James Joseph Frawley of Stroudsburg, PA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The family has requested that any donations be made to The St. Catherine of Siena Haiti Fund.
