She was predeceased by: her sons, Derek and Erik; her parents, Lucy Madonna and Patrick Madonna; and her brother-in-law Thomas A. Tinen.
She is survived by: her caregiver Coordinator; her husband Robert Scherreik; her sons, Joseph and Matthew; and her siblings, Victoria Tinen, Christine Madonna, Patricia Madonna and Neil Madonna. She is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michele's memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated.
