He was predeceased by: his brother Carmen. He is survived by: his close friend Rose Mary; his wife Rose Mary; his children, Theresa Lombardi (Steve Boggio), Michael (Tracey) and Deanne Martini (John); his brother Ralph (Susan); his sister-in-law Jackie; and his grandchildren, Filomena, Jason, Sofia, Matthew, Ryan and Logan.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospitals for Children, or Chilton Medical Center Foundation.
