He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Keegan; his sisters, Margaret Pisco and Elizabeth McGivney; and his friend Malcolm Geary. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Keegan; his children, Joseph Thomas Keegan Jr., Kelly Keegan, Deborah Caddell (Robert), Krissie Keegan and Colleen Kelsey Keegan; his sister Mickey Pressuea (Roger); his grandchildren, Allen Sisco, Christopher Keegan, Danielle McClinton, Gregory Keegan, Michael McClinton Jr., Joe Keegan III, Mathew Keegan, Brian Keegan, Scott Caddell and Johney VanDalinda III; and his former wives, Sandra Predmore and Andrea Germinario. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
