He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Miller and Evelyn Miller; and his siblings, Ernest, Jesse, Arthur, David, Robert, Elizabeth, Josephine, Stella, Eleanor and Edna.

He is survived by: his wife Caroline Miller; his children, Harvey Jr. (Denise), Darin (Toni), April (Bruce) and Micheleen; and his siblings, Albert Sr., Harold, Walter, Georgie and Charles. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.
