She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Lewis; and her sisters, Ellie, Elaine, Janice and Shari.
She is survived by: her mother Ellamae Lewis; her husband David; her children, Tammy Dehaan Varga (Jonathan) and Jerry Waters Jr.; her stepson Jeff Fry; and her sister Jacqueline Finocchiaro. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Harriett's memory to the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by her family.
