She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kochis and Victoria Kochis; and her siblings, Linda, William, Steven and Tracey.
She is survived by: her husband William J. O'Keefe, Sr.; her children, William J. O'Keefe, Jr. (Shauna) of Long Valley, NJ, Brenda Eisenhardt (Craig) of Chester, NJ and Elizabeth Verola (Justin) of Rockaway, NJ; her siblings, Candy Hurley of Whiting, NJ and Paul Kochis of Bloomingdale, NJ; and her grandchildren, Thomas, William, Brielle O'Keefe, Madelyn, Jack, Luke Eisenhardt, Justin, Emma and John Verola.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. K. Macagna Funeral Home (495 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010). An entombment was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Madonna Mausoleum (2070 Hoefleys Ln, Fort Lee, NJ 07024).
