He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Munafo and Jeanette Munafo; his wife Rita; his sons, Adam, Erica and Sean (Christine); and his granddaughters, Sophie Ann and Gabrielle Ann. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and their wives, sister-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Anthony's memory to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the Munafo family.
