He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Towey and Sarah Towey; and his siblings, Bernard and Moira Schneider (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Ann Towey; his sons, Bill (Dana), Jim (Marie) and Mark Towey; and his grandchildren, Kelly, Ryan, Jaimie and Karyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
