With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Willen Littles (Bloomfield, New Jersey), born in Bishopville, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Willen left this world on December 22, 2024 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Rembert and Allien Wesley Rembert; her son Virgle Littles; her siblings, Johnnie Mae Rembert, Jacob Rembert and James Rembert; and her children, Charlene Littles of Bronx, NY, Vernon Littles of Aberdeen, MD and Rosa Maben of Dallas, GA..
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Patricia Vaughn of Fort Monmouth, NJ; her caregiver Queyenda Salley (Yena) of Browns Mills, NJ.; and her siblings, Arthur Rembert, Truman Rembert of Philadelphia, PA, Solomon Rembert of Willingboro, NJ, Hattie Rembert of Middletown, DE, Allien Davis of Philadelphia, PA and Lily Latimore of Elkins Park, PA.. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Halpin-Bitecola-Brookdale Funeral & Cremation Services (1284 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the East Ridgelawn Cemetery (255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014).
