Tadeusz is survived by: wife Zofia Gugala; children, Anna Ozga (Tomasz), Stanislaw Gugala (Irena), Teresa Koscielny (Adam), Elzbieta Kowalczyk and Barbara Gugala (Marek); and grandchildren, Michal, Karolina, Viola, Wiktoria, Olivia, Krzysztof, Alexandra, Alicja, David and Nicole.
