He was predeceased by: his wife Jasodra Surujnauth; his parents, Surujbali Latchman and Sahodri Rambose; his son Ganesh Surujnauth; and his siblings, Brahash Punai and Tamesar Surujbali.
He is survived by: his children, Norma Wilson, Edward Surujnauth, Howard Surujnauth, Nadira Jailall and Toby Surujnauth; his siblings, Betty Ray and Nandall Surujnauth; his grandchildren, Audrianna, Amanda, Ashton, Crispian, Andrew, Heidi, Avinash, Preya, Soma, Utesh and Adina; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Noima and Maya.
