He is survived by: his daughter Donna Kish; his siblings, Jane (Carmen Clinton) and James Disbrow; his nieces, Linda, Debbie, Diana, Susan and Karen; his nephew James; and his friends, Pat, Frank Battito and Steve. He is also survived by his family and friends.
