He was predeceased by: his child Sean Gerard Vecchione-Dale; and his parent William Dale. He is survived by: his spouse Linda Vecchione; his siblings, Kevin Dale and William Dale; his siblings-in-law, Lucille Albanese and Angelo Albanese; his parent Maureen McCartney Dale; and his friends, Jean Zimmerman and Bob Zimmerman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-niece, great-nephew, extended family and close friends.
