She was predeceased by: her mother Harriet Cook Blackbourn; and her siblings, Judith Hendershot Schick and Gary Blackbourn. She is survived by: her brother Kenneth Blackbourn; her sister-in-law Karen; her sister Bonnie Blackbourn Carr; and her brother-in-law Nelson. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
