He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Iorio (Corio) and Diodato Di Iorio; his wife Helen Bader Di Iorio; and his brothers, Carmine and John.
He is survived by: his sisters, Antionette Kelly and Mary Nelson; his children, Richard Jr. and Diane Murphy; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Alexandra, Alison and Tommy; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Lucas and Solomon.
