It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rafael Tolentino of Bloomfield, New Jersey, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jonine Tolentino; his children, Leslie Azevedo, Rafael Tolentino, Emmanuel Tolentino, Leila Tolentino, Joleen Crosta, Donelle Truglia, Brandon Bellott and Natasha Bellott; his parents, Nicolas Tolentino and Florinda Matilde Fernandez; his siblings, Mimi Inahuazo Tolentino, Llaraida Annayz Tolentino, Diosa Maria Tolentino, Rosalia Tolentino Raymundo, Judy Tolentino, Angelo Tolentino, Nicolas Tolentino and Christian Tolentino; and his grandparents, Maria Del Pilar Fernandez and Manuel Celestino Fernandez. He was also cherished by his wife, 8 children, and 15 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made.
