He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Higgins and Rose Higgins (Adrian); his sister Georgia Cassimatis; and also, Adrienne Higgins Wallace and Michael Higgins.
He is survived by: his son John Cass (Jerri); and his grandchildren, Colleen Coombs (Mike), Charlotte, Peter, Aidan Cass, Kristen, Michelle and Nicolette Coombs. He is also survived by grandchildren, family members, and always friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
