With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mercedes Maldonado-Velasco (Bloomfield, New Jersey), who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Miguel; her great grandchild Kaitlin; her father Iran Maldonado; her sisters, Margarita and Amada; her niece Nancy; and her nephews, Abel and Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Frank, Gladys, Symarah, Myra, Maria Mercedes, Ines, Myrna, Mildred, Isabel Cristina, Felix, Geobahnny, Juliette, Margarita, Mina, Damian, Ruperto, Enrique, Amada, Hiram, Juanita and Norman. She is also survived by five children, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
