It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Preta (Bloomfield, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother John. She is survived by: her husband Frank Alphonse Preta; her children, Frank Alphonse Preta Jr. and Jennifer Preta; her fiancé Anthony Thomas; her brothers, Sam Simone (Christine) and Fred Simone; her sister-in-law Rosemary Simone; her stepsiblings, Ronald Cook (Marlene) and Barbara Solomon; and her grandsons, Matthew Alphonse Preta and Nicholas Jacob Preta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Due to the recent safety measures caused by COVID19, funeral services are being arranged privately.
