He was predeceased by: his father Julio Caraballo-Vargas. He is survived by: his mother Carmen Lorenzo-Mendez; his son Aaron Caraballo-Ugaro; his significant other Gina Ugaro; his goddaughters, Mariah and Desiree Rivera; and his cousins, Carmelo, Gladys, Damaris, Wilma, Eric, Erica Mendez, Thomas "Juny" Marlene, Joselito and Carlito Lorenzo. He is also survived by uncles, aunts.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Union Funeral Home - Lytwyn & (1600 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Glendale Cemetery (28 Hoover Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003).
