He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Booker; and his son Joseph Booker III. He is survived by: his wife Janice Carlisle Booker; his sons, George Booker (Ellen) of Parsippany, NJ, John Booker (Patricia) of Mesa, AZ and Jarrod Booker (Luxia) of Valley Stream, NY; and his grandchildren, Maxwell, Jasmine, John, Rickie and Amber.
