He is survived by: his mother Luz Maria Martinez (Santiago); his sons, Jorge Luis Jr. and Jason; his wife Carmen (Ortiz); and his siblings, Victor, Maria, Edward, Madeline, Yvette, Minerva and Doris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family & friends.
