He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Phair Howard and Ernest Howard; his wife Mary Walsh; his sons, Jack (Kelly) of Silver Spring, MD, Jeffrey (Kathy) of Clinton Township, NJ and William of Ponte Vedra, Florida.; his grandchildren, Ben, Molly of Olney, MD, Megan, Erin of Clinton Township, NJ, Brian, Christopher and Matthew of Ponte Vedra, FL.; his great grandchildren, John, Daniel and Theo of Olney, MD.; and his brother Robert of Morris Township, NJ..
