She was predeceased by: her husband Austin; and her siblings, Frances Niedzwiecki, Josephine Toczylowski and Joseph Niedzwiecki. She is survived by: her daughter Felicia Kazmer; her stepdaughter Cleo Federico (Philip); her sisters, Sally Ann Spudis, Phyllis Niedzwiecki and Constance Fitch; and her sister-in-law Meg Niedzwiecki. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Joan's name.
