He was predeceased by: his parents, James E Marion and Helen Marion (Bennett); and his siblings, Joseph D. Marion (Kathy) and Mary Ellen Kelly (Jack) of Spring Lake, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Annette (Battalino); his sons, James (Jimmy) and Peter; his nieces and nephews, Maureen, Nancy, Patti, Ellen, Kathleen, Marty and Margaret; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matt, Kate, Nick, Ben, Jack, Nell-Ann, Conor, Gemma, Aidan, Abigail, Nora and Charlotte.
