He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth and Midge (Ed); his spouse Edythe "Edie" Wagner; his children, Craig Wagner (Jeanne Spinosi-Wagner) of Haddonfield and William Wagner of Pompton Lakes; and his grandchildren, Julie Wagner and Amy Wagner.
