He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nisivoccia and Anna Nisivoccia (Biernacki); and his siblings-in-law, Vivian Nisivoccia, Bobby Cooney and Jim Messina.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Wright (Jon), Erica Nisivoccia (Dave Cappello) and James Nisivoccia (Kristin Herrick); his grandchildren, Ben, Charlie, Lucy, Addy Wright, Aubrey and AJ Bocchino; his close friends, Patricia Rosace and Deana Messina; his brothers, Tom and Richie Nisivoccia; and his sister-in-law Doris Nisivoccia. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
