She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Whitfield Beatty. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Whitfield (Valerie) of Ellicott City, MD, George Herbie (Christine) of Hope, NJ and Mark Valentine (Catherine). She is also survived by 3 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 1 great grandson, & 4 great granddaughters.
While there she became active in the Port Colden Methodist Church as well as volunteering at the Oxford unit of the American Cancer Society.
