He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Kenneth Olive Mead (Francis); and his brother Gordon. He is survived by: his children, Gil (Cathy), Debbie (Ray Schroeder), Matt Su (Delia) and Bob (Dawn); his grandchildren, Reggie (Erica), Kristen (Pat), Allison (Tim), Ethan Noah (Rose), Stella, Ivy and Christian; and his great grandchild Evan.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Van Tassel Funeral Home (337 Belleville Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Restland Memorial Park (77 Deforest Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
